Overview

Casimba positions itself as a fun, safari-themed betting app aimed at players who just wants to have a good time. While best known for its casino offering, the app delivers fast navigation, clean design, and reliable payouts that help it compete with the best betting apps in the UK. Casimba focuses on simplicity and mobile‑first usability, making it a strong option for bettors who value a streamlined interface and consistent performance across sports and in‑play markets.

Ease of Use — ⭐⭐☆

Casimba delivers a web‑style interface that feels very similar to 247Bet and Grand Ivy, with layouts and menus clearly adapted from its desktop site. Some text elements could be better sized or abbreviated, but the core features are reachable and the app functions well enough for everyday betting. Unlike most betting apps, the default homepage opens on promotions above the fold followed by casino games rather than sports or live matches, which feels out of place and breaks the flow compared to the best sports betting apps in the UK.

The app also requires manual login every time your session ends, with no Face ID or native authentication support. This is a noticeable drawback, especially when most modern betting apps now offer seamless biometric sign‑in. While the app works reliably, these usability gaps hold it back from competing with the best betting apps for speed and convenience.

Deposit and Withdrawal

Just when you thought one visible deposit button is sufficient, Casimba app places TWO buttons on the same page, top and bottom. Meanwhile, the withdrawal button is nowhere to be found as of now.

It is nice that they have provided a few fixed options (£20, £40, £50), all while defaulting to the minimum amount.

Notice that there is a little box below the amount input box that says "Searching for bonuses". The text inside or the circle do not provide any visual feedback (similar to 247Bet app, which I previously reviewed), and I initially thought that it is a faulty UI element. However, if you wait a couple more seconds, the bonus input options show up.

The bonus selection step is important for users who want to claim bonuses. For example, if they have offers that says something like Deposit Bet & Get or Deposit for Free Spins, you have to choose the appropriate bonus before you click the Deposit button. This informs the system to activate the correct bonus for your account upon a successful deposit.

Moving on, the Withdrawal page is relatively deeply hidden. From homepage, first tap the Account icon at the bottom right corner. This opens a minified account page. You can then tap My Account to bring up your full Account page. From there, tap the Withdraw button to navigate to your withdrawal page.

If Casimba can place two deposit buttons on the landing page, I'm pretty sure they could have placed one deposit and one withdraw button instead. A determined bettor that wants to withdraw will eventually find their way, and having a withdrawal page that's so deep doesn't help their cause.

Homepage content

Casimba's initial landing page defaults to promotions and casino games rather than sports — a design choice that feels more casino‑centric and is unusual compared to the best betting apps, which typically prioritise live matches and key sports markets.

After navigating to the sports homepage, I am greeted with a layout that is almost identical to betting apps 247Bet and Grand Ivy, featuring promotional banners and boosted odds. Scrolling down reveals live matches and upcoming football fixtures with quick‑tap odds, reinforcing the app’s focus on in‑play betting and fast wagering.

You can also search for teams or championship name. Tap the magnifying glass button on the top bar from your homepage to open the search bar, and type your search term to search for matches.

Responsiveness

The app is very average on responsiveness, although it took about 3.7s to first load up a landing page that is not logged-in.

Navigating between pages is mostly snappy, averaging 0.8s for most pages. In-play football matches took about 1s, but the little display that typically shows a virtual version of the real match did not load for me. There was also an instance where the app simply became unresponsive without any visual indicators.

Inheriting the quirks of a few other white labels by White Hat Gaming, I can feel delays between input and feedback in some menu items — typical of apps that come from website ports.

Customisation

Surprisingly, this is the first betting app I've reviewed so far that is equipped with both light mode and dark mode. First, bring up the menu bar by tapping the Menu icon below. Then, scroll all the way down to choose light or dark mode. More apps should do this.

Placing a bet

To place a bet, tap a selection. This adds the selection to your Betslip. You can then tap your initially-collapsed Betslip to pull it up. A default stake of £10 is pre-filled for you, but you can enter your own amount if you want to.

Placing a Bet Builder bet

After tapping your match, the Bet Builder tab can be found in the middle bar of the match's page. Tap the Bet Builder tab on a match page, pick your selections, and they would be automatically added to your Betslip, ready to be placed.

Placing an accumulator bet

When you add multiple selections, after you open your Betslip, the Multiple tab is automatically selected. This is a nice touch, as the UI assumes that you want to place an accumulator bet.

Interestingly, upon selecting a 2-legged accumulator, the app showed a tooltip banner, informing me that I can boost my odds by adding another leg. This is a nice little passive feature for bettors.

How to use free bets

When you are placing an eligible bet, there will be an option that says "Use Freebet". If the option does not appear, it means that your current bet is not eligible for it, and you'll have to read the terms.

Minimum Deposit — £20

The minimum deposit is £20, which is on the higher-end compared to most of the bigger brands where the minimum tends to be between £5 to £10.

These apps have a lower minimum deposit:

Offers & Promotions — ⭐⭐☆

Casimba provides a decent welcome offer. Here's a list of the most common offers:

  • Matched Deposit — bonus funds matching deposit amount.
  • Bet & Get — welcome or sign-up bonus.
  • Bore Draws — cash refund on 0-0 draw.
  • Acca boosts — enhanced winnings on accumulator bets.
  • Spin & Roar — daily spin for deposit offers, free spins.
  • Early Cash-Out — lock in profits before event finishes.
  • and many more...

Free Bets In Detail

I used the Casimba app over a 30-day period, starting from first deposit, and tried to go through any available offers and promotions.

Other than a daily Spin & Roar where the rewards are typically Deposit for Free Spins, I did not see any regular offers such as Bet & Gets. Casino gamers may find more value in these offers; I'm unfortunately not one.

There were also a couple of matched deposit offers, but the % offered weren't high enough for me to dive into.

Below is my table of values of free bets and offers that I got to enjoy over a month.

OfferRaw Value (£)
Welcome Offer20
Total Value20

Withdrawal Speed — ⭐⭐⭐

Withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours for most payment methods.

Almost all UK-licensed bookmakers, including Casimba, restrict withdrawals to previously used payment methods to comply with UK regulations.

Overall Value — ⭐⭐☆

Casimba’s mobile app covers the essentials, but it lacks the refinement seen in the best betting apps. The login flow feels clunky, the interface has small layout issues, and responsiveness can be inconsistent. Even so, it handles straightforward betting reliably enough for casual users who don’t need a premium‑level experience.

The welcome offer is a simple Bet & Get, making it easy for new users to claim. We only highlight the best betting app offers currently available, and this one provides decent value for anyone trying out a new UK betting app.
