Responsiveness

The app is generally responsive, and feedback is received upon user input and interaction. Navigation however can be improved, as loading time between pages averaged 1.8s. The homepage, in particular, is always loaded again instead of being cached, resulting in a slightly sluggish experience.

It took 3.9s to load up the homepage from the time when I opened the app, but that does not include native biometric authentication (Face ID). Parimatch app does include Face ID, but it does not use it to authenticate you if your session isn't expired yet. Additionally, I am sometimes prompted to enter my email and password again despite enabling Face ID, which was very irritating.

Customisation

Parimatch does not have customisation options such as light mode or pinning favorites.

To place a bet, tap a selection, which adds your selection and opens your Betslip automatically, then place your bet.

There is no default stake, but the Betslip provides a quick increment feature, which allows bettors to input bet amount quickly.

Note that you cannot simply tap selections from the event page, as they will only be added to the Betslip as single bets. Many other apps have already figured this out with streamlined Betslips, and there is no reason why Parimatch app is not doing the same.
